A legal design project where I wrote and designed 4 sets of Terms & Conditions from scratch for freelance photographer Thiemi Higashi
The Start
In an interview with Thiemi, I made a content and style guideline.
Thiemi was looking for one-page Terms & Conditions to send to her various client groups for event photography, portrait photography, and website photography.
Stylewise we were looking for modern, creative, and a little messy.
The Terms & Conditions
The main T&C requests to communicate: 'What can the client expect?', payment terms, and copyright. With emphasis on elaborating a bit more on the copyright part, as Thiemi and clients have had questions about that in the past.
I wrote brief, active and clear text. The lay-out is assymetrical and relaxed.
Final Product
After a first round of feedback and testing, we made the text a touch more informal. Design-wise we switched the colours up.
The end product is 4 T&Cs and a style book. Delivered as pdf, png and Word files.
